Kotarou Higuchi is a sixth-grader who manages both preparing for his middle school entrance exams and living alone in his apartment. One morning on his way to school, he comes across a strange older girl wearing a frilly black dress, standing at his door and asking to be his friend. He initially tries to get rid of her, but she persistently follows him to school and back home. Eventually, Kotarou gives in and finds out that the girl, named Misha, is his new neighbor and claims to be from Heaven, training to become a full-fledged angel. How will Kotarou’s life change with this "clingy angel" around?
