One year has passed since the events of My-Otome. Arika has become a full-fledged Otome, though she still trains under Miss Maria, as she has yet to earn enough credits to graduate. Nagi is imprisoned in a detention facility somewhere in Aries. With peace restored among the various nations, preparations are made to hold S.O.L.T. (Strategic Otome Limitation Talks) in order to discuss placing limits on the number of Otome. A mission to destroy a meteor on a collision course with Earl sets off a chain of events that leads to a mysterious shadowy figure attacking Garderobe and several Otome, while a new, more powerful version of Slave begins to appear across the planet. Making matters worse, Queen Mashiro goes missing after an argument with Arika. The story follows Arika's search for Mashiro, as well as Garderobe's efforts to uncover the truth behind the shadowy figure.
