Yuria-sensei no Akai Ito

Yuria, a fifty-year-old woman, leads a peaceful existence by offering embroidery lessons from her home, sharing the house with her husband, a writer, and his mother. Everything changes when her husband suffers a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Rushing to the hospital, Yuria is greeted by a crying young man who reveals himself to be her husband's lover.
