Eroge!: H mo Game mo Kaihatsu Zanmai

Mochizuki Tomoya lives alone and works part-time at a convenience store, barely making ends meet. Despite his struggles, he is passionate about eroge but lacks artistic skills, writing ability, composing talent, and business acumen. His dream is to work in an eroge studio and create games he loves. His fortune turns when he sees a job listing from a local studio named Flower. Surprised to find the studio president appears to be a young elementary school student, Tomoya secures a position managing the studio’s website. However, his enthusiasm wanes when he discovers that Flower is on the brink of closure due to their first game's failure. Upon playing the studio's debut game, Tomoya realizes that his colleagues lack the necessary understanding and expertise to produce a high-quality eroge. With support from the president of Flower's parent company and after reflecting on his own aspirations, Tomoya decides to save the studio by instructing the four female staff members on how to craft engaging eroge. The narrative focuses on Tomoya's efforts as a mentor while he also forms relationships with the four heroines, providing readers with a unique look into the eroge development process.
