At Daiouyama Prefecture High School, where the student body exceeds 3000, the Student Council Empress considers small clubs wasteful and decrees that they be merged into a single unified club. Consequently, four very different clubs—along with the girls who hold varied passions within each—are forced to occupy the same room.
