Saki Asamiya, a former high school delinquent, strikes a deal with the authorities: she will root out and dismantle the criminal network operating at her former school in exchange for her mother's freedom. Using her trademark metal yo-yo as a weapon, Saki takes on the Mizuchi sisters, who control the school's shady enterprises.
