Wahhaman

ワッハマン

Wahhaman is a unique robot soldier built by the Atlanteans ten thousand years ago. After being dug up in present-day Toukyou, he has lost all his memories due to a heavy blow to the head he took at some point. Unable to speak, Wahhaman only laughs when heading into battle, and people often mistake him for whoever or whatever they are desperately seeking in their own lives. The later volumes of Wahhaman shift toward action and humour, centring on Wahhaman's battles against an organisation led by a mysterious man. That disfigured man, who has nursed a long-standing grudge against Wahhaman, deploys a series of transforming robots to capture him, but every attempt inevitably fails.
