After escaping from their orphanage, Rei and Seiko were lucky enough to be taken in by a kind-hearted wealthy old man. But since they have no idea how much longer he'll live, they live in constant terror of being cast out onto the streets once more. So they came up with a scheme—attend a top-tier school and put on the act of being heiresses from a wealthy family, all to land a rich partner who can support them for the rest of their lives. At least, that's how it was MEANT to go....
