Summary
Born on December 25, Ren was eight years old at the start of the story and is currently sixteen. He is a diligent, honest, and straightforward individual who is highly trustworthy. Ren has a peculiar fondness for dogs and an unusual obsession with rice. He currently resides with Haru and his twin brothers, Aki and Shima. Despite being under their guardianship, Ren displays a maturity beyond his years and strongly resents being treated like a child, particularly by Haru. Although he loves Haru deeply, he prioritizes the man’s wishes over his own needs. Possessing intelligence and perceptiveness above average for his age, Ren tends to keep to himself and dislikes burdening others with his insecurities. His childhood was complicated, and he has no memory of his biological parents, which makes him naive about the world, though he is slowly adapting to his new life in Japan.
