Summary
David Martinez is the protagonist of the series. Born in Night City in 2058, he was seventeen during the first half of the story and turned eighteen as the narrative progressed. Originally a student with ties to Arasaka, his life changed drastically in 2076 when he became a mercenary. He first joined Maine's edgerunner crew before eventually leading his own group, known as David's Crew. Through a series of harrowing events, David rose to become a Solo and ultimately attained the status of a Night City legend.
