Summary
Taison Maeda serves as the protagonist and is recognized as a notorious delinquent from Teiken High, located in the Kichijoji district of Musashino, Tokyo. He is particularly renowned for his dedication to boxing, his prowess in street fighting, and his possession of a moped named Chavez. Although he can be hot-tempered and impulsive, as evidenced by an incident where he assaulted a professor after learning about a change in a girl's uniform, he possesses a strong sense of honor and deeply values his friends. His name draws inspiration from wrestler Akira Maeda and former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. He resides in the Honky Tonk apartment complex with his older brother. The two siblings relocated from southern Japan to Tokyo specifically to escape the expectation of following their father’s career path as a monk. Additionally, Taison has a low tolerance for alcohol and tends to become emotional and tearful when intoxicated.
