Summary
Alice is a timid high school student who relocated from a serene, unpolluted town in Hokkaidō to Tokyo, where she fondly remembers her former home. Upon arrival, she faces teasing from her neighbor, Rin Kobayashi. Alice possesses Mokuren’s unique talent for communicating with flora and accelerating their growth through song. However, she struggles to recall her past life as a scientist, driven by a fear of being overwhelmed by Mokuren’s memories and a belief that she cannot meet the high expectations placed upon the reincarnated Mokuren. Her reluctance to pursue her moon dreams culminates in her withdrawal from the after-school gatherings of the other reincarnates in favor of joining the school choir. This shift leads her peers to question her identity as Mokuren, particularly since she has experienced only a single moon dream.
