Mr. 11

Summary

Mr. 11 is a Frontier Agent for Baroque Works in One Piece whose real name remains unknown. He is paired with Miss Thursday, though she never appears on screen. His involvement in the story is limited to a brief role during the Arabasta arc, where he first appears in Chapter 128 and Episode 79. Initially, he is captured by Captain Smoker in Lunas and bound to a flag post. While imprisoned on Smoker’s vessel, he inadvertently discloses certain details regarding Baroque Works before the ship arrives in Arabasta. When an unexpected incident forces Smoker and the rest of the crew to abandon the ship, Mr. 11 attempts to break free. His escape is interrupted by the arrival of "Billions," the henchmen belonging to Officer Agents. Confusing them with "Millions," the subordinates of Frontier Agents, Mr. 11 demands they untie him. The Billions clarify their rank, revealing they are of equal status to him, as agents ranked above 10 do not possess significantly greater strength. Mr. 11 offers an apology, but it is too late; the Billions have no intention of releasing him. Shortly after, Mr. Mellow approaches and remarks, "It's about time a post got opened," before shooting Mr. 11. Although his death is not explicitly depicted, Mr. Mellow’s comment strongly implies it, a notion supported by Tashigi informing Smoker that Mr. 11 was murdered in the same chapter and episode.
