South Kaio
Summary
South Kai, also known as the South King of the Worlds, serves as the ruler of the South Galaxy. He is a tall figure with light pink skin who is distinctively recognized by his white Jackie Ohh sunglasses. In training his quadrant’s fighters, South Kai emphasizes defensive techniques. His roster includes Caterpy, Froug, and Torbie, with Papoi being his newest addition. South Kai quickly determines that Papoi is weaker than Goku. Among his fighters, Froug advanced to the quarter finals of the Other World Tournament, while Torbie reached the semi finals before falling to Pikkon. South Kai shares a casual dynamic with East Kai and West Kai regarding North Kai, showing no dislike for the rivalry between them. In fact, he and his counterparts appear to enjoy North Kai’s situation, mocking the fact that he is dead and even cheering about it. South Kai possesses the ability to alter the weight on training equipment, a skill he uses when King Kai instructs him to increase the weight on Goku’s training gear to ten tons each. He shoots out a wave while announcing the new weight to adjust the load. Although he is confident that Goku will fail to lift the significantly heavier burden, he becomes baffled when Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan and trains with ease. Following this unexpected development, South Kai quickly departs the scene accompanied by Papoi.
