Summary
Sagan is a shinobi hailing from Iwagakure. He was deployed to the Fourth Division during the Fourth Shinobi World War, emerging as one of the rare survivors from Madara Uchiha's initial onslaught. After navigating the chaos, Sagan located the gravely injured Tsuchikage Ōnoki and confirmed his survival to the other present forces. He subsequently warned the group when Madara and Mū managed to reconstruct their bodies, watching with despair as Madara decimated the already weakened division. During the arrival of the five Kage, Sagan observed the ensuing clash between the titans with awe, feeling entirely out of place amidst such power. Later in the conflict, he joined Dodai and the Hokage Guard Platoon in the pursuit of Mū. His first appearance in the manga occurred in Chapter #561, while his anime debut took place in Naruto Shippuuden Episode #322.
