Summary
Juubei Kakei is a twenty-one-year-old physician and the heir to the Kakei clan legacy, standing 180 cm tall with a weight of 82 kg. Born on August 21 with blood type A, he wields flying needles as his primary weapon. The Kakei clan has maintained a five-century alliance with the Fuuchouin clan, serving as their doctors and bodyguards. When the Fuuchouin main branch was attacked and annihilated, Juubei managed to rescue Kadsuki while fleeing to Mugenjou alongside his sister, Sakura. During their escape, he swore to become stronger so he could protect Kadsuki. He joined Katsuki’s gang, Fuuga, and followed him into VOLTS, but for an unknown reason, he was unable to follow when Katsuki departed Mugenjou. Now a member of MAKUBEX’s elite, the New Four Kings, Juubei remains in Mugenjou with his sister, who chose to stay in service to MAKUBEX. They are among his most fervent followers. Juubei is renowned for his needle techniques, which can pierse unhealthy blood vessels to heal wounds or be thrown with lethal precision to kill.
