Summary
Michael and his accomplice Hoichael are notorious troublemakers who roam the backstreets of Water 7. They hold Franky in high esteem, emulating his appearance and adopting his signature catchphrase, "Mm, super!!," as their own. They also look up to Paulie. Nevertheless, their delinquent behavior has drawn the anger of residents such as Tilestone and Peeply Lulu.
