Summary
Xu Liguo is a Nascent Soul cultivator belonging to the Tian Gang Sect. He was transformed into a devil by Wang Lin, subsequently becoming his servant. Later, upon Wang Lin receiving the inheritance of the Rain Celestial Sword from Zhou Yi, Xu Liguo assumes the role of that weapon's Sword Spirit.
