Summary

Wilhelmina Carmel is a young woman who is perpetually dressed in a maid’s uniform. She is bound to Tiamat, whose will resides within the divine vessel Jinki Persona, an artifact that transforms between a headband and a mask during combat. As one of the great Flame Haze from the era of the great war, she fought alongside her friend Mathilde Saint-Omer, who was known as the previous "Slayer with Flaming Hair and Blazing Eyes." Her ability allows her to control an infinite number of ribbons that manifest around her. Wilhelmina speaks in an excessively formal and polite manner and displays almost no facial expression.
