Summary
Chiyo Sakura is a sixteen-year-old student in Class 2-A, born on March 27 under the Aries sign. Standing at 145 cm with type O blood, she has a passion for collecting ribbons. She is a bright, cheerful, and excitable young girl whose imagination often runs wild, making her easily influenced. For instance, she once became overly excited when Mikoshiba introduced her to Kashima, completely misjudging their relationship. Despite being surprised or occasionally annoyed by her friends' strange antics, she remains friendly toward them. Her slight naivety sometimes prevents her from understanding why people are put off by others, such as the rude Yuzuki Seo, yet she manages to befriend her regardless. Outside of school, Chiyo is a member of the Arts club and is passionate about drawing, often assisting the mangaka Nozaki with his work. Her art style is noted for being very classical and detailed. Chiyo constantly struggles to convey her feelings to her crush, Nozaki. While usually jovial, she becomes irked and depressed by her failed attempts to improve their relationship. During her first effort to confess, Nozaki mistakenly interpreted her words as her declaring herself a fan, much to her dismay. Since helping him with his manga, she has continued trying to win his affection, though her efforts are often fruitless due to bad luck and his ironic lack of romanticism. Nevertheless, she does not give up and continues to work hard, a persistence that has concerned others regarding her borderline fixation on Nozaki.
