Summary
Tsav serves as the sniper for the Penal Hero Unit 9004. With straw-colored hair and a missing tooth on the right side of his upper row, he presents a cheerful and talkative demeanor that often leans toward the goofball. However, beneath this lighthearted exterior lie several loose screws in his psyche. His emotional attachment to kill targets can spiral dangerously; if he becomes too invested, he may indiscriminately murder random people without hesitation, using their deaths as false proof of mission completion. A former assassin for an underground association, Tsav was renowned as the best of his kind, earning the titles of genius and prodigy. In his current role, he wields a heavily modified weapon that has been finely tuned by Norgalle. Despite his lethal precision, he is a terrible gambler, a flaw so severe that he has been banned from the gambling den at Mureed Fortress.
