Summary
Takaki serves as the leader of the younger members within CGS and later Tekkadan. He maintains a strict demeanor, insisting that the children contribute just as much as the adults did previously. He has a seven-year-old sister named Fuka who resides in an orphanage. Takaki informs Biscuit that she is six years his junior, which establishes his age as thirteen. After beginning to earn a salary from Tekkadan, he was able to place Fuka in an orphanage, though he hopes to enroll her in school at a later date.
