Kiyokawa, Kazumi
Seiyuu / Dub
Summary
Kiyokawa Kazumi is a twenty-three-year-old left-side defender for ETU who wears jersey number 16. Standing 174cm tall and weighing 66kg with blood type O, he established himself as a regular player under Tatsumi, joining a group of younger squad members. Despite his starting role, he is considered less skilled than the defensive duo of Yusaku Sugie and Kazuki Kuroda. This perceived lack of proficiency has drawn sharp criticism from Ryo Akasaki, who disparaged Kiyokawa and Osamu Ishihama, accusing them of playing for enjoyment rather than with a genuine desire to win. While Kiyokawa possesses exceptional speed, his youth and inexperience often lead him to fall for feints easily. Although he is more talented than Ishihama, he remains green compared to Sugie, ETU's top defender, and Kuroda. The nature of the goalkeeper and defender positions requires time to mature; consequently, while Kiyokawa's age grants him physical quickness, his limited experience hinders his ability to defend effectively.
