Fuurinji, Shizuha

Fuurinji, Shizuha

Summary

Fuurinji Shizuha, a deceased Dou practitioner who appeared in Battle 192, was the mother of Fuurinji Miu and the wife of Fuurinji Saiga. Standing as a tall, fair-skinned woman with a slender yet curvaceous and athletic build, she possessed long dark hair styled in a hime cut with cheek-length bangs and elegant bands. Her attire typically consisted of a long floral kimono over a tight bodysuit, supplemented by gauntlets and armor on her shoulders, outer thighs, and knees during combat. She concealed a small knife and a lock pick within two red hair clips. Shizuha was a kind, brave, and selfless woman who loved her daughter deeply and was willing to die to protect her. Born into the Kuremisago Clan, a group dedicated to eugenics, she was revered for her excellent lineage. She fell in love with Saiga, a member of the Fuurinji Clan, during her secluded mountain walks. Their relationship sparked a feud within the Kuremisago, as the clan opposed her union with an outsider while Saiga advocated for such marriages. Shizuha fought alongside Saiga against the traditionalists and eventually married him with the blessing of Hayato. Before her death, which appeared to be committed by Saiga, she sent a warning letter to the elder and hid her infant daughter, Miu, in the snow, leaving a feather to guide the elder to her. Although her full capabilities were not entirely displayed, her status as a Kuremisago member and her ability to defeat several clan members alongside Saiga demonstrated her immense power. Her skills were highly regarded, even by Hayato, the Invincible Superman. She was a formidable martial artist who could fight on equal footing with the leader of Yami while protecting her baby.
