Summary
Nurari was a shinobi who made his appearance during the second filler arc of Naruto Shippūden. He derived pleasure from toying with his opponents and frequently mocked them. Additionally, he displayed flamboyant mannerisms akin to a drag queen, emitting high-pitched feminine shrieks or moans whenever he found himself in peril. For instance, when Rinji and later Kabuto directed mocking stares at him, he took offense and commented that such behavior was rude.
