Summary
Rio is the smallest member of the Blade Children, appearing to be a 13-year-old child despite actually being 16 years old. As revealed in Spiral Alive and the Bonds of reasoning manga, she is older than both Kousuke and Ryoko. Although her cherubic features and petite stature make her seem like the most innocent member, Rio is actually shrewd, calculating, and one of the more dangerous of the Blade Children. She possesses the skills to create bombs, devise complex plans, and eliminate those she considers enemies. Highly intelligent, she can escape from any sticky situation, regardless of how tight the circumstances are. Rio is straightforward and harbors a crush on Eyes because he provides her with 'netted pattern' melons, which are her favorite food. Like Kousuke, she will not hesitate to kill people if necessary.
