Summary
Raised among humans, Akira formed a deep bond with Mina during their childhood, swearing to shield her from harm. This vow was later confirmed by his father, who revealed that Akira’s very existence was destined for the sole purpose of protecting Mina. His devotion runs so deep that he is willing to sacrifice his own body to keep her safe. Once vampires were exposed to the public, Akira found himself in constant conflict with his human classmates. Most of them viewed him with immediate distrust and hostility, accusing him of siding with the vampires despite his human status.
