Summary
Nugan is the sibling of Shunan, driven by a desire to demonstrate his value to his father. While he initially holds Shunan in high regard, he eventually comes to feel betrayed by him. Nugan maintains a steadfast belief that the current political order is correct, with the Shin Oh governing the land and the Tai Koh serving as its protectors. His devotion to the Queen is absolute, leading him to confront Shunan without any hesitation or restraint.
