Pikkon serves as the West Kai’s premier warrior. After passing away, he spent an unspecified duration training tirelessly in the Other World until Goku crossed paths with him during the Other World Martial Arts Tournament. Witnessing Pikkon’s bout against Olibu, Goku deems him a formidable rival. Both fighters advance to the final round, where the contest remains tightly contested until Goku identifies a vulnerability in Pikkon’s most potent energy blast, forcing him out of the ring. However, because both combatants touched the roof during the exchange, the match is declared a draw. Following this encounter, the two forge a friendship, and Pikkon resolves to train with maximum intensity to one day defeat Goku. Pikkon reappears during the Buu saga, where he and Olibu taunt and briefly engage Kid Buu before Buu departs after sensing the Ki of Vegeta and Goku. Additionally, Pikkon is credited with holding off Janemba until Vegeta and Goku can fuse into Gogeta during the events of the twelfth Dragon Ball Z movie, Fusion Reborn.
