Summary
Yamate is a minor character in the Toaru Majutsu no Index series, serving as an operative for the organization BLOCK. He becomes the first member of the group to fall during the violent clash among Academy City's underworld factions on October 9 of the current timeline. Following his death, his face is harvested by Etzali, who assumes Yamate's appearance to infiltrate the organization.
