Summary
Haru no Hakobiya is a tall figure who wears a mask and serves as a harbinger of spring. He is responsible for bidding farewell to Winter and ushering in a favorable spring season. Upon learning that a new witch had arrived in the town, he decided to pay Makoto a visit.
