Summary
As the school infirmary nurse, Anegasaki is adored by the male student body, a popularity that has motivated many boys to feign or sustain injuries just to spend time with her. Before assuming her current role, she temporarily provided housing for Harima in her apartment after his aspiration to become a mangaka was shattered upon discovering that his idol, the renowned mangaka Nijou jou, was actually Karasuma. She harbors romantic feelings for Harima, affectionately addressing him by his pen name "Hario," despite his consistent rejection of her advances. Her unwavering belief in and support of Harima were instrumental in helping him overcome his depression and return to school. Later in the story, she takes on the role of faculty sponsor for the girls' basketball team.
