Summary
Smokey Brown is a young boy residing in New York who is rescued from harsh, racist law enforcement by Joseph Joestar. He remains in the area long enough to witness the conflict against Dio’s forces, known as the Straits. Later, he makes an appearance during the conclusion of Part 2, serving under Rudolf von Stroheim’s cavalry. Initially depicted with a pigtail in Volume 5, this hairstyle vanishes inexplicably for the remainder of the series.
