Summary
Raoul, known by the nickname Caste, serves as the second-in-command to Iason within the Tanagura Elite. Working as a biochemist, he is potentially responsible for modifying the memories and minds of individuals who defy Jupiter. Despite his strict adherence to Tanagura's rules and his habit of urging Iason to follow them as well, Raoul maintains a genuine friendship with his superior, showing real concern for him. He never forces Iason to comply nor does he report his friend's transgressions.
