Summary
Aramaki's missing sibling is a significant leader among the refugee population, a role hinted at during the first season. In episode 23, he meets with Kuze for tea, questioning the other man's plans for the displaced people. The two had previously crossed paths overseas in the streets of Taiwan, as revealed in episode 16. Aramaki makes his final appearance in episode 26, assisting the refugees in evacuating to the Dejima bridge using small boats.
