Summary
Sein serves as the gatekeeper of the capital Akutsuki. He is the younger brother of Signaless and Signal. On the day of the flicker, he was aboard the reconnaissance airship Progress alongside his brothers. He survived the disaster. Sein communicates through telepathy. He utilizes spiritual amber in place of his heart. This amber allows him to judge the hearts of candidates to determine if they are worthy of entering the capital Akatsuki.
