Summary
Yae Oda is the leader of Togakushi village and serves as the President of Fog Blue, a small-scale dispatch company that represents the village in the front world. She possesses the forbidden technique of her village, Izura Shingan, which allows the user to see into the hearts of others. She provides the Banten ninjas with a scroll containing Izura Shingan, on the condition that they assassinate Professor Flosetti for her.
