Summary
Kezuka serves as the advisor for the two manga clubs at Kaimei High School. During a dispute between Roman and Magata regarding the superiority of shōjo versus shōnen manga, he intervenes to highlight the merits of both genres. Prioritizing narrative quality over specific categories, he issues a challenge for each student to produce a short manga on a topic of his selection, ultimately declaring Roman the victor.
