Summary
Marco Amoretti is a 38-year-old American Imperial Navy Petty Officer who stands 187 cm tall and weighs 121 kg. He transformed into a psychotic serial killer following the events of "Project Sunset," a covert CIA operation that took place during World War IV. In Japan, Amoretti attacked six individuals, resulting in the deaths of five while one survivor managed to escape. The nature of these attacks involved skinning his victims alive. In response to this incident, the CIA attempted to have Section 9 member Batou eliminate Amoretti. Batou, who had also participated in "Project Sunset" during his tenure as a JGSDF Ranger, instead captured Amoretti and transferred him to the American Empire.
