Saki, Ryuuji
Summary
Ryuuji is a third-year middle school student and the younger brother of Ryuuta Saki. He bears a striking resemblance to his sibling, leading Kindaichi to nickname him "Saki number two" (佐木2号, Saki ni-gou). Inherited from his brother is an obsession with documenting his surroundings via video, a habit that frequently aids Kindaichi in solving cases. Ryuuji began assisting Kindaichi in this manner during the "Kindaichi the Killer" case, a decision he attributed to a dream in which his late brother requested it. It is worth noting that since Ryuuta survives in the anime adaptation, Ryuuji does not appear in that version, with all his manga appearances instead assigned to Ryuuta. This character currently lacks a designated voice actor.
