Sou Long was one of the three elders comprising "The Van," a ruling council that managed the Red Dragon crime syndicate. Alongside his partners Ping Long and Wang Long, he was an elderly Chinese man deeply entrenched in the organization's drug trade operations. This leadership trio remained in power until they were eventually overthrown and murdered by Vicious.
