Summary
Jill is the younger sibling of Miharu Ratokie, a spy for Zeon. After Kai leaves the White Base, Miharu invites him to her residence, where he encounters both Jill and Milly. Before Miharu sneaks aboard the White Base, she gives Jill and Milly money to ensure they have food and bids them farewell.
