Summary
Hyou serves as the Second Rashou and stands as a descendant of the main Hokuto bloodline, making him Kenshirou's true older brother. Following a childhood separation from Ken, his memories were sealed by Juukei, an event that left the scar on his forehead. Although Juukei favored Hyou over Kaiou because of his lineage, Hyou currently assumes a subordinate position to Kaiou.
