Summary
Riki is a male Akita Inu known as the bear dog, having been trained by Takeda Gohei. He vanished into the mountains after engaging in combat with the monstrous bear Akakabuto. Although Riki suffered from memory loss, he retained a vivid recollection of his foe. He assembled a pack of willing canines to oppose the beast and assumed leadership of their forces. Upon encountering his son Gin for the first time, Riki fails to recognize him despite his efforts to recall the past. As he dispatches Gin and the other soldiers to recruit additional fighters, Riki remains stationed within bear territory, determined to maintain his defensive position.
