Summary
Dr. Kobato is a pediatrician stationed at G-8 who struggles with a severe fear of blood. When the G8 Arc unfolds and the rest of the medical staff disappears, she is forced to manage trauma patients on her own. With support from Tony Tony Chopper, she overcomes this phobia and subsequently assists the Straw Hat Pirates in escaping the facility. She has a tendency to process information slowly, such as failing to immediately notice that Chopper can transform, and she is known for her extremely loud screams. Her father is Mekao.
