Summary
Boris Tepes, also known as Dracula, hails from Walachia, Romania, and possesses a Furyoku level of 3,000. He asserts that he is a vampire, noting that his ancestors were persecuted and hunted under the same belief. After being rescued by Hao, Boris pledges his allegiance to him with the intent of exacting revenge on humanity. He utilizes his oversoul, Bramro, by imbuing it with blood to form a winged cape. In battle, Boris bites Lyserg to possess him, but is ultimately defeated by Ryu and subsequently killed by Marco of the X-Laws. Additionally, Boris’s spirit is identified as Blamuro the Vampire hunter.
