Saicho serves as a member and the second-in-command of Team Kuu. He is a good-natured, respectful, and friendly teenager who is extremely devoted to his group. His primary motivation for fighting is to prove that Team Kuu is not merely a low-level group of thugs and assassins, but rather fighters who seek pure strength for its own sake. Despite his impressive power for his age, Saicho dislikes causing unnecessary harm to his enemies and strives to avoid pointless bloodshed.
