Summary
Jonathan Mar is a former child soldier whose parents were killed in an airstrike by an F-22 Raptor. Following this trauma, he was recruited as a child soldier. Despite his deep-seated hatred of weapons, he chooses to work for the mysterious arms dealer Koko Hekmatyar. Although young, his battlefield skills are exceptional, often allowing him to defeat opponents significantly older than himself. He once slaughtered an entire army base before being halted by Chiquita and is recognized as an expert in mountain combat. It is revealed that he entered into a contract with Kasper Hekmatyar, exchanging his combat prowess for the protection of three orphans. Jonathan occasionally exhibits childish behavior, dislikes mathematics and science, and excels in languages. He has expressed that he still loves the world despite his past, opposes senseless killing, and nearly shot Koko due to her plans. His primary weapon in season 1 is an FN FNC, while he uses a Magpul Masada in season 2.
