Summary
Shinsuke Nishikawa makes his debut in Chapter 29 and Season 1, Episode 6. He serves as one of Nemoto Tetsuo’s underlings and participates in the Tanaka Aliens mission as a hunter. Nishikawa is affiliated with a Zoku Biker Gang. Prior to the mission, he and his fellow gang members are ambushed by a rival gang, resulting in his death during the ensuing conflict.
