Summary
Ryohei Sasagawa is a male student from Namimori Junior High, currently in his second year, though he advances to the third year later in the series. Born on August 26, he is fifteen years old at the start of the story, with a future self appearing at age twenty-five. He is the older brother of Kyoko Sasagawa, whom Tsuna has a crush on. Ryohei serves as one of the oldest Guardians of the Vongola Ring, wielding the Ring of Sun and his Box Weapon, Kangaryuu, specifically the Canguro del Sereno ver. Vongola edition. His life philosophy is centered entirely on the word "Extreme," a standard he applies to all his actions. Ryohei is deeply passionate about boxing and possesses naturally incredibly strong muscles, granting him greater physical strength than the average human. However, he struggles to access the full extent of this power unless driven by tremendous motivation, such as facing a life-or-death situation or fighting to protect Kyoko. His body has always been in a state akin to Dying Will mode, a fact confirmed when Reborn shot him with a Dying Will bullet, which drew out every atom of his latent power. Prior to the main events of the story, while he and Kyoko were still in Primary School, Ryohei was lured by high school students and beaten up, an incident that left him with a scar on his left temple.
